I had a very positive experience with this flooring company. The team delivered high-quality work, completed the project on schedule, and demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout. Their pricing was also very reasonable. Despite encountering issues with the existing flooring, the project manager, Ke Xin, was exceptionally detailed in her communication with the team. She successfully managed to coordinate effectively despite the tight schedule and holiday period, with her team consistently arriving on time or even earlier on some days. Unfortunately, I was unable to take a photo with them as I was in a rush. The overall experience at the showroom was excellent, and the process was seamless from start to finish. Special thanks to Ke Xin together with Farouk and his team for their dedication and outstanding work. I highly recommend their services.
I engaged Floorrich for flooring works on Mar and had a very positive experience from start to finish. From the first enquiry, Kexin from the sales team responded quickly with a detailed quotation and demonstrated strong product knowledge, which helped me make informed decisions with confidence. Communication was clear and efficient throughout. The installation team led by Mr Kumar was excellent. The whole process was hassle free, with Mr Kumar and his team being both skillful and thoughtful in their work. They maintained good cleanliness during and after completion, and were careful to follow the property’s rules and regulations, which I really appreciated. Overall, I am very satisfied with Floorrich’s service and workmanship, and would gladly recommend them to others.
On Monday, 11 May, I had SPC PLUS vinyl flooring installed in my 3 bedrooms by FloorRich. A team of 5 installers came for the job, and I was impressed by how efficient and well-coordinated they were. The team leader, Mizan, first checked with me on the direction I wanted the vinyl flooring to be laid before the team quickly started work on all 3 bedrooms at the same time. Their workmanship and speed were really impressive. They were also very detailed and thoughtful, even asking which silicone color would best match the different wall paint colors. To my surprise, Vic, the sales manager, personally came down to ensure everything went smoothly during the installation. She has been extremely patient, understanding, and accommodating throughout the whole process. Due to unforeseen renovation delays, I had to change the installation dates multiple times, and Vic was always very flexible and helpful in rearranging the schedule for me. The SPC PLUS vinyl installation turned out great, and the team was very helpful whenever I requested small changes. Mizan was quick to respond and always willing to work things out on the spot. A big thank you to Vic, Mizan, and the entire team for the excellent service and workmanship. I would definitely recommend FloorRich to my friends and family who are planning to renovate their homes soon!
We (my husband and I) randomly walked into the Floorrich showroom one day while exploring options for vinyl flooring overlay for our BTO. From the start, we were attended by a lady (I didn’t manage to catch her name), but she was extremely patient and helpful in answering all my questions. I had zero knowledge about vinyl flooring, and she took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing me. She also kindly allowed us to bring home several samples based on our preferences so we could better decide at home. We were then passed on to Sheena, who continued the excellent service. Sheena was responsive, knowledgeable, and very helpful in guiding us through the different designs and colours. She even provided photos and practical advice to help us choose something that fits our home theme, especially considering we have young children and needed something that would be easier to maintain and less prone to looking dirty. The installation team was also impressive. The job took two days and was done efficiently, neatly, and in an organised manner. The supervisor planned the work well, ensuring everything was completed quickly without compromising on cleanliness or quality. The workmanship was meticulous. Kudos to Sheena and the entire team. Highly recommended!
Got their premium FirmaSPC Vinyl. Couldn’t tell difference from real wood. Vic was knowledgeable and very helpful.
