What are the prizes?

All Tag-5-Friends winners will win $300 worth of vinyl flooring vouchers each. This will be give to all participants who have joined the giveaway and have like and shared our giveaway post and have tagged 5 friends on Facebook or Instagram.
Please note that the prize amount is in the form of $1700 worth of flooring vouchers (grand prize) / $900 worth of flooring vouchers (2nd prize) / $300 worth of flooring vouchers refer to maximum deductible off total project cost before GST.
How will the winner be chosen and notified?
The winner will be selected via a live draw on 15 May on Facebook LIVE and be notified via WhatsApp. We will also announce the winner on our social media pages.
Who are eligible to join this giveaway?
Participants are required to message Floorrich via WhatsApp in order to join the giveaway from now till 30 April 2026.
How long do I have to claim my prize?
All prizes must be redeemed within 12 months from 15 May 2026.
Can I upgrade to other flooring like the SPC or SPC Plus flooring?
Yes! If you win and prefer to upgrade to our SPC or SPC Plus floorings for enhanced durability or specific designs, you may do so by simply paying the price difference (top-up).
Can I top-up if my flooring needs exceed the prize amount?
Yes, you can top-up for the additional cost.
Can I exchange the prize for cash?
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services. It must be used for a flooring installation at a single residential address in Singapore.
Terms and Conditions – Floorrich Flooring Voucher Campaign
1. Eligibility
1.1. This promotion is open exclusively to homeowners in Singapore who intend to commence their vinyl flooring installation within twelve (12) months from the end date of the campaign.
1.2. To qualify for the campaign, participants are required to submit their entry by contacting Floorrich Global Pte. Ltd. (“the Company”) via the official WhatsApp button on the designated campaign webpage between the campaign start date and 30 April 2026 (inclusive).
1.3. Participation in this campaign is subject to full compliance with all stated requirements as determined by the Company. Only entries that meet all requirements shall be deemed eligible.
1.4. Eligible winners will receive a S$1,700, S$900, or S$300 Floorrich flooring voucher (“Voucher”), subject to these Terms and Conditions.
1.5. The Voucher is applicable only for flooring installation projects with a minimum project cost of S$2,000.
2. Voucher Usage
2.1. The Voucher entitles the recipient to a maximum deduction of S$1,700, S$900, or S$300 from the total flooring installation project cost, calculated before the application of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
2.2. The Voucher may be used only once per person and is strictly non-transferable, non-assignable, and not redeemable for cash or any other form of credit.
2.3. The Voucher shall not be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, special pricing, or voucher stacking arrangements unless expressly approved by the Company in writing.
2.4. Changes to or upgrades of flooring specifications, materials, or product types are permitted, subject to availability and the Company’s approval.
2.5. In the event that the total project cost exceeds the applicable voucher value (S$1,700, S$900, or S$300), the winner shall be responsible for topping up any excess amount payable.
3. Prize Conditions
3.1. Acceptance of the Voucher constitutes the recipient’s agreement to proceed with the flooring installation at the residential address submitted during the campaign, which must be located within Singapore.
3.2. In the event that:
(a) the installation is deemed not feasible due to site conditions, physical constraints, or technical limitations; or
(b) the participant elects not to proceed with the installation for any reason,
the Voucher shall be deemed forfeited and shall not be redeemable for cash, alternative vouchers, or any other compensation.
3.3. Winners who decline, delay unreasonably, or fail to permit installation shall forfeit the Voucher without entitlement to any replacement, exchange, or compensation.
4. Marketing and Consent
4.1. By participating in this campaign, participants:
(a) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions; and
(b) consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data by the Company in accordance with applicable laws for the purposes of administering the campaign.
4.2. Participants further grant the Company the right to use, reproduce, and publish photographs, videos, or other media of the flooring installation for marketing, advertising, and publicity purposes across any media channels without compensation.
4.3. Participants agree to be contacted by the Company for marketing and promotional purposes.
5. Determination of Winners
5.1. The Company reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of participants and the selection of winners.
5.2. All decisions made by the Company in relation to the campaign shall be final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
5.3. Minimum of 50 eligible entries in order to trigger the lucky draw for the grand prize (S$1,700, S$900).

6.2. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Their pricing was also very reasonable. Despite encountering issues with the existing flooring, the project manager, Ke Xin, was exceptionally detailed in her communication with the team. She successfully managed to coordinate effectively despite the tight schedule and holiday period, with her team consistently arriving on time or even earlier on some days. On Monday, 11 May, I had SPC PLUS vinyl flooring installed in my 3 bedrooms by FloorRich. A team of 5 installers came for the job, and I was impressed by how efficient and well-coordinated they were. The team leader, Mizan, first checked with me on the direction I wanted the vinyl flooring to be laid before the team quickly started work on all 3 bedrooms at the same time. Their workmanship and speed were really impressive. They were also very detailed and thoughtful, even asking which silicone color would best match the different wall paint colors. To my surprise, Vic, the sales manager, personally came down to ensure everything went smoothly during the installation. She has been extremely patient, understanding, and accommodating throughout the whole process. Due to unforeseen renovation delays, I had to change the installation dates multiple times, and Vic was always very flexible and helpful in rearranging the schedule for me. The SPC PLUS vinyl installation turned out great, and the team was very helpful whenever I requested small changes. Mizan was quick to respond and always willing to work things out on the spot. A big thank you to Vic, Mizan, and the entire team for the excellent service and workmanship. We (my husband and I) randomly walked into the Floorrich showroom one day while exploring options for vinyl flooring overlay for our BTO.
